The Silent Center points to the core of our being – our own consciousness.
Awareness itself is the home of presence, insight, inspiration, clarity and peace.
We are never separate from our center, in reality. We can be conscious of this by noticing the silence that is deeper and closer than any thought.
When we bring ourselves fully present with what ever is here in this moment, thinking stops and we can become conscious of the field of awareness.
Check it out; are you the stream of thinking or consciousness that is aware of the thinking? Self recognition is like waking from a dream or a coming out of a hypnotic trance.
Making the distinction between consciousness and the stream of thinking has many benefits; lowering stress, increasing respons-ibility, and realization of an expansiveness that is impossible to describe. Some call it love.
